RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Every Rich Thrill piece is hand-altered and many items are one of one. Due to the unique nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, sizing issues, or normal variations associated with hand-altered and handmade pieces. Please review all product photos, descriptions, measurements, and details carefully before purchasing.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged in transit, has a defect not disclosed in the product listing, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If we determine that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement when possible or a refund.

ONE-OF-ONE & HAND-ALTERED ITEMS

Paint, distressing, embellishments, rhinestones, patches, hardware, dye treatments, and other alterations are intentional parts of Rich Thrill designs. Slight irregularities and variations are not considered defects. Many pieces cannot be replaced because they are one of one.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled or modified.
