SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Many Rich Thrill pieces are hand-altered and one of one. Please allow the full processing time for your order to be inspected, packed, and prepared for shipment.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Rich Thrill is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside of our control.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will assist where reasonably possible, but Rich Thrill cannot guarantee replacement of packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

ONE-OF-ONE ITEMS

Many Rich Thrill pieces cannot simply be replaced if lost or damaged because they are one of one. Any available resolution will be determined based on the circumstances of the order.
