THE ORIGINAL CONDITION CANNOT BE CONFIRMED.
ALTERED EVIDENCE HEAD JOB™ has clearly been tampered with. A dark base buried beneath layers of neon color, splatter, drips, and paint, she arrived at the scene looking nothing like the original description.
Hand-altered by Rich Thrill and made exactly once. Forensics tried to figure out what happened. We declined to cooperate.
1 OF 1. CHAIN OF CUSTODY BROKEN.
Every head deserves a good one.
